3 – Insurance

Speakers Wolf von Kumberg and Jane Player and guest speaker (to be confirmed)

One of the key areas of concern for any business during this Crisis is to deal with existing legal obligations.

Contractual relations including intellectual property and licensing have to be addressed and in many cases renegotiated or terminated. Insurance will play a vital role in these discussions be it in the way of business interruption, trade finance and credit cover, employer’s liability, event cancellation and D&O, to name a few.

The panel will discuss a process framework within which these issues can be dealt with.
